My Story

My story began on a small farm in New England, where I was surrounded by animals—including horses—who taught me invaluable lessons about leadership, presence, and trust. In their world, authenticity is everything, and connection comes not from authority but from clarity, confidence, and alignment.
Those early lessons shaped my leadership philosophy.
Throughout my career as an executive and now as a coach, I’ve seen how true leadership isn’t about status or success—it’s about leading with purpose, staying true to your values, and creating a lasting impact.
