I'm an ICF-certified coach, equine-assisted coach, experienced executive leader, and lifelong rider. Leadership coaching is deeply relevant to both business leaders and equestrians because it centers on the human experience of leading with clarity, confidence, and presence.
Drawing on neuroscience, emotional agility, and reflective practices, I partner with my clients to deepen self-awareness, build courage, and strengthen connection, with themselves, with their team, and with their horse.
With a background in scientific research, adult education, and leadership development, I support leaders as they align who they are with how they lead, whether that’s navigating a new chapter in their career, preparing for competition, or simply seeking more meaning their life. The arena may look different, but the inner work is the same.
My Story
The most powerful leaders aren’t defined by their title—but by their ability to lead with purpose, clarity, and authenticity.
My story began on a small farm in New England, where I was surrounded by animals—including horses—who taught me invaluable lessons about leadership, presence, and trust. In their world, authenticity is everything, and connection comes not from authority but from clarity, confidence, and alignment.
Those early lessons shaped my leadership philosophy.
Throughout my career as an executive and now as a coach, I’ve seen how true leadership isn’t about status or success—it’s about leading with purpose, staying true to your values, and approaching life with curiosity and courage.

Success is only part of the equation—fulfillment comes when your professional and personal life reflects your values and purpose, and you show up as your authentic self.
The journey to authentic leadership isn’t always easy, but it is always meaningful. I understand the pressures of high-level leadership, the weight of responsibility, and the desire to make a lasting impact. I’ve navigated career transitions, balanced competing priorities, and rediscovered my own superpowers—my values, purpose, and authentic self.
